Apple Standard EULA
WallyLedger is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Unless a separate license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of WallyLedger is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These terms are intended to provide WallyLedger-specific information and do not replace Apple's Standard EULA.
Free and Premium
WallyLedger is free with an optional Premium upgrade.
The free version includes manual personal finance tracking and planning features with usage limits. Premium unlocks the complete WallyLedger experience, including expanded limits and advanced planning tools.
Exact App Store availability, trial eligibility, subscription terms, and purchase options are shown by Apple at the time of purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Privacy
WallyLedger is designed as a private, offline-first personal finance app.
Your financial data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to enable sync, in your private iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service.

WallyLedger is a personal finance organization and planning tool.
WallyLedger does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions and for verifying information before relying on it.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into WallyLedger, the decisions you make using that information, and your device, iCloud, export, backup, and security settings.
Availability and changes
WallyLedger features may change over time. Some features may require compatible Apple devices, supported operating systems, iCloud, App Store availability, or Premium access.
WallyLedger may update these terms when needed. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
