What to include in a support request

When contacting support, include enough detail to understand the issue without needing access to your financial data.

  • the device and operating system you were using
  • the WallyLedger version if available
  • what you expected to happen
  • what happened instead
  • whether the issue can be reproduced
  • screenshots when they do not reveal private financial information

Privacy reminder

Please do not send sensitive financial details unless they are strictly necessary for the support request. WallyLedger support cannot access your local device data or your private iCloud database.

App Store purchases

Premium purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account and App Store settings.
